10/12 cocoa powders are the most commonly used cocoa powders in all applications. These powders can be used in a wide range of products from baking, bars, nutrition, icings, desserts, dairy and more. When using a higher fat powder, there is a chance of fat bloom in applications; with a 10/12 powder the chances are minimized.
22/24 cocoa powders are generally used in premium beverage and dairy applications. The higher fat content provides for a richer mouth feel than low fat powders. Typically, higher fat powders absorb less water in bakery applications, which can lead to less hardness in certain applications.

Instant Whey Protein Concentrate is produced via proprietary filtration process that concentrates native whey proteins in a highly purified form. The product is instantized via an in-line agglomeration procedure that creates a highly soluble nutritive ingredient.
Whey protein isolate is manufactured from sweet dairy whey using cold microfiltration and ultra-filtration membrane technology. The product is then gently spray dried and lecithinated into a granular, free-flowing powder that is readily dispersible in water.
