Particle-Size Reduction

In our corporate location in Carol Stream, IL, we have a 2,400 square-foot grinding facility. Not only is it climate controlled, but it has state-of-the-art equipment including an air classifier mill that can grind 80-400 mesh in uniformly sized particles with less dust. Our in-house lab can also accurately test full-range mesh sizes from coarse to ultra fine 425 mesh. Vitamin and powder product granulation is also available for customers seeking to aid in the tableting process or increase bioavailability. Our experienced operators work closely with our Quality & Regulatory Department and adhere to GMP’s and standard regulatory processes.
